The 2019 Big Blokes BBQ will be once again held at one of Australia's premier regional exhibition centers Lardner Park. The date has now been confirmed for Friday the 18th of October at 11am.

Start getting your table together and get excited about what is no doubt going to be best the social event of the year with a massive lineup of entertainment!


Bus 1 - Leaving BLACKWOODS yard at 10:30am sharp.

Bus 2 - Leaving DROUIN BOWLING CLUB at 10:30am sharp.

Bus 3 - Leaving the RAILWAY HOTEL at 10:45am sharp.

Buses will return to these locations at the conclusion of the event.



Warwick Capper

Warwick 'The Wiz' Capper is one of the most flamboyant, self promoting and self loving Australian Rules players in the history of AFL. His high marks and flashy looks were a major reason the Sydney Swans survived in the 80's. He kicked 103 goals in 1987, and took the 'Mark of the Year' on countless occasions. Since his retirement, Warwick has remained in the media spotlight, regularly featuring on a cross section of top rating television shows. Warwick's enthusiastic personality makes him the perfect fit for any staff function, awards night, sportsman's night or bucks party, which is why we are so excited to introduce him as the first of 3 huge guest speakers!


Danny Green

Daniel Green is an Australian professional boxer who also works as a health and fitness trainer. He held the WBA light-heavyweight title, the IBO cruiserweight title twice, and the WBC interim super-middleweight title. Danny Green has some amazing stories to tell about the paths in life he has taken, the heartbreaking setbacks he has overcome and the almighty sacrifices he has made to become a world champion in the most brutal of sports.


Rob Brown

After hitting the stage in 2003, Rob Brown has become one of Australia's leading stand-up comedians. Rob’s satirical, cheeky, out of the box views on the world comes from a very interesting past. Some have described Rob's comedy as edgy and direct while others, call him conventionally unconstrained, however all agree Rob is extremely funny and a welcome distinction to the comedy scene. Rob’s ability to think on his feet and improvise is the best in the game. Rob Brown quickly earns the right to go to those uncomfortable places and in his wickedly clever and funny way, leaves the audience overwhelmed with laughter and wanting more.
